Vegans and Celiacs of Edmonton rejoice, your bakery dreams are coming true. This local bake shop is famous in the gluten free community for its magical and unique, no wheat baking process. But, It seems that for others it’s still kind of a hidden gem.

Regardless of if you are GF or not, their goods are seriously good. Their vanilla cupcakes are my all time favourite in the city and I am by no means even a gluten avoider. Want to know what else rocks? Their vegan treats…wait, no wheat and no animal products, whats in them then? I don’t know, probably pixie dust and Unicorn poop because they are delicious.

You can find this little boutique bakery at 15213 Stony Plain Rd, and you should totally stop by even if its for an great cup of locally sourced Transcend coffee and a cookie, because they are locally owned and run by an awesome Edmonton family with big hearts and a passion for what they do. And as you guys know, that’s what I’m all about.
